Alisa

You know how some people just have one of those smiles that when they laugh/smile...you can't help but do it too??

Meet Alisa!!

We had such a blast shooting her bridals. We started out at the Star Mill in American Fork. It is a little antique store with lots of fun stuff. Alisa wanted her photos to have an old, vintage, shabby look to them.

Isn't she beautiful?

Then it was off to Provo for some downtown fun. Alisa was such a good sport, we had her walking all over downtown! I think we had her "twirl" for us over 100 times!!

Remember that smile I was talking about? She has such a fun personality and made some of the funniest faces...I couldn't help but share!

Thanks for going along with all our crazy ideas! Can't wait for your upcoming wedding!

Annalee

Aubrey and I spent such an incredible day with Annalee doing her bridal portraits. It's tough to find a good location in the middle of March when all the snow is melted, but everything is still dead.
We were able to find two awesome places and I think they turned out beautiful. (It also helps that Annalee is drop dead gorgeous. It sure makes our job easier.)
We started out the day at the Tahitian Noni Gardens. Annalee's mom and Aunt Tammy tagged along, which made for a great morning.

Check out her gorgeous eyes and perfect skin!

I've been in a very vintage phase lately, and I think this photo works perfectly.

There were SOOO many veil shots that I'm in love with. It was so hard to choose.

More vintage. I love her expression here.

Again, drop dead gorgeous.

Another stunning veil shot.

The weather was so beautiful. The sun stayed hidden until the exact moment we were ready for it to come out. It made for perfect lighting.

After we were done at the gardens, we all piled in the car and headed up to Salt Lake City. We finished off the session at the AMAZING Rio Grande Train Station. The giant windows let in TONS of gorgeous, natural light and the beautiful architecture makes this my new favorite location.

Gorgeous railings of natural wood and wrought iron.

My favorite shot of the day. It's so powerful!

Check out her darling shoes! Such a cute touch.

More vintage...

Not your typical bridal portrait, but I think she looks gorgeous here.

All natural light! The stairwells were incredible.

And then outside for a few more...

...where we found a hidden treasure! I'm a sucker for old signs.

Annalee, we had such an awesome time shooting your bridal portraits. They turned out beautiful and we hope you love them!

After much work, it is finally online. It's not completely finished, but we wanted to reveal the fruits of our labor! We'll be adding a few more info sections, our wedding gallery, and some other tweaking, but you get the idea.
(If you notice a typo or screw-up, feel free to let us know about it :)

This baby is bigger and badder than ever before. The new and improved galleries let you view our photos larger than life. The client proofing feature will let you see your photos sooner than ever! It's pretty much sweet all the way around.

Just a note for our clients:
We are no longer offering CD's with our portrait packages. All proofing will be done via our website. We are still offering CD's with our wedding packages.
Also, be sure to check out our new price list as our package rates and print prices have changed.

Alisa & Jake, part II

Here is part deux of Alisa and Jake's e-session from my (Sam's) perspective.
These guys were so much fun to shoot. We headed down to the farm again, only this time around it was MUCH warmer. Good for our freezing fingers, bad for the photo shoot. All of our favorite spots had turned into mud holes! We were totally bummed, but luckily Alisa and Jake are great sports. They went right along with our wacky ideas and even had a few of their own. (Snowball fight photos to follow!)
Check out this gorgeous pair:

Eddie & Nichole

After the FREEZING excursion to Park City, we met up with Eddie & Nichole for another engagement shoot.
Poor Nichole stepped through some thin ice in the first 30 seconds..wearing stilettos! Her poor foot was frozen and we walked around in the snow for probably another hour. She was such a good sport about it!

These were taken at our cute farm in Provo. Lots of fun backgrounds with the textures of wood and hay!
